There is a lot of noise around the right way of dieting or detoxing in the media.
Every other “expert” claims that their way of detoxing is the right way to do it and all others are incorrect. One day I hear a popular TV media personality touting his new book as God’s plan for Man , and swears that detoxing 2 days a week is the right way to do it.
And the next week I see another TV celebrity saying that detoxing 2 days a week is the surest way to hell!! This “expert” claims that we should only detox once in 2 weeks!
So how do we know who
is correct? Who do we follow?
Well, in my opinion there is no right answer. Each one’s body functions and metabolism is different. What is right for me may not be the right way for you. The best way to go about this is to listen to your body.
Do you feel sluggish and lethargic? If so its time to detox.
